COMMITTED FOR TRIAL
Charged with indecent assault on ft girl under 12, on October 10, John Brand, aged 33, described as a jockey, appeared in the Police Court before Mr. C. I!. Orr Walker, S.M., yesterday. Sub-Inspector Flanagan prosecuted. Accused, who was represented bv Mr. Noble, pleaded not guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
