GUILTY OF ASSAULT
JURY'S RECOMMENDATION Throe charges of indecent assault on males were preferred against Daniel Patrick Blake, barman, , aged 49 (Mr. Noble), in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Callan yesterday. Accused pleaded not guilty.Mr. G. S. R. Meredith represented the Crown. The Crown claimed that the alleged offences were committed against three boys on May 18, and July 11 and 14. Alter a brief retirement tho jury found the prisoner guilty on all charges with a recommendation that, he be given some sort ol medical supervision. Mis Honor undertook that this sensible recommendation would be communicated to the proper authority and remanded the prisoner for sentence.
