COUNTY CONTRIBUTIONS ' RAGLAN COUNCIL'S ATTITUDE ' [from our own correspondent] NGARUAWAHIA, Monday In common with other Waikato local bodies, the Raglan County Comtr.il has been called on to make contributions toward the cost of the Auckland court at the Centennial Exhibition.- At its ' last meeting the council definitely decided that it would not make any contribution, the members stating that funds raised by means of rates bo devoted to the purpose for which* they were collected and that they should not bo diverted to other.uses. It was considered that all £funds raised for county purposes should be expended in pursuance.* of those purposes. ' .
