Pi row, said it was quite iinpossiblo to return Tanganyika and South-West Africa to Germany, but fair compensation must be arranged by means of negotiation, The Minister announced that every man, on reaching military age, would undergo physical training in an active citizen force or Delence Ilille Association.

AFRICAN "GREY SHIRTS" (Received Juno 25, 5.5 p.m.) CAPETOWN, Juno 21 Tho leader of the South African antiSemitic "grey shirts," Louis Weichardt, was sentenced to-day to six weeks' imprisonment for contravening the Assemblies Act. Weichardt was on the point of leaving for Italy and Germany.
