CONTEST THIS EVENING BLOMFIELD TO MEET CLARK Auckland wrestling enthusiasts will have their first opportunity of seeing in action at the Town Hall this evening, a wrestler born in Scotland. This is the colourful George "Dazzler" Clark, whose challenge to the winner of Monday's contest was quickly accepted by Blomfield. Both men are to make a bid this season for the British Empire title held by; Earl McCready, and much will depend on this evening's match as to whom has the right to challcngo for the title. McCready is due to arrive in New Zealand shortly.
Clark is a young man full of vigour, being Oft. in height and weighing lGst. 71b. Although he was first outstanding as an athlete in Scotland. Clark has had. plenty of experience of American wrestlinff and has adapted himself to it so well that he has become regarded as one of its brightest exponents. He has a number of specialty holds and spectators should find much of the unusual in his style.
