2, A number of the members of the JWaipu Croquet Club visited the Kensington Club's lawns on Wednesday fcnd a very pleasant day was spent. jPrior to the commencement of play, jtbe Kensington Club's president, Mrs. JA. Fairlie, welcomed the visitors and Mrs. D. McLean, president of the ffifaipu iClub, replied. The Waipu members who were present were: —Mrs. D. JlcLean, Mrs. McLeod, Mrs. Durham, Jlrs. McMillan, Mrs. Rimmer, Mrs. iMcKay, Mrs. Fertch, Mrs. Ryan, Mrs. (Sutherland and Miss McKay.
