IMPORT LICENCES
LANCASHIRE INTERESTS LONDON, Feb. 14 The Dominions Secretary, Sir Thomas Inskip, in the House of Commons to-day, told Mr. W. Hamilton Kerr (Conservative —Oldham) that ho was at present examining the effects of New Zealand's licence system for British imports, including Lancashire textiles.
