FIGURES FROM GERMANY CONTROL OF INDUSTRIES BERLIN, Feb. 1.4 The unemployed in Greater Germany at the end of January numbered 646,500, a decrease of one-third. Field-Marshal Goering has issued a decree extending to all industries the Government's control of labour, hitherto limited to building, metal, clothing and agriculture.
