EXILED RUSSIAN NOBLES
LOYALTY TO GRAND DUKE GREAT GATHERING IN PARIS PARIS, Dec. 20 Nearly 2000 officers and nobles of the Tsarist Court pledged loyalty to the Grand Duke Vladimir as "Tsar of All the Russias." Former generals who are now taxi drivers and former countesses who are now domestic servants and saleswomen cheered the Duke's declaration: "We must return to our own country." The Duke, in an interview, denied that ho plans to accept a Ukrainian throne under Heir Hitler's domination.
