FRONTIER FIGHTING
SLOVAKS AND HUNGARIANS MIXED COMMISSION MEETS (Received December 21, 5.5 p.m.) BRATISLAVA, Dec. 20 A mixed Slovak-Hungarian Commission met at Slanck to-day to fix the responsibility for yesterday's frontier fighting. It is officially stated in Slovak quarters that the Hungarian Government was behind the outbreak and therefore no further negotiations will take place over the frontier until peace is guaranteed. It is declared that Slovakia is quite capable of defending herself by military means.
