MOA CROP STONES DISCOVERY AT WOODLANDS [by telegraph —OWN correspondent] OPOTIKI, "Wednesday While digging a cutting in pumice on his property at Woodlands, about five miles from Opotiki, Mr. G. F. Joblin found a Maori stono bowl containing a trace of paint. These bowls were used by the Maoris for holding tattoo pigments. . Another interesting discovery was a number of moa crop stones of different colours. ,
