Awards for long service were later presented at a social evening at the fire station as follows: —Foreman B. Norman, five-year medal: DeputySuperintendent T.* Hurndell, two-year bar. making seven years' service; Fireman N. Corcoran 2 two-year bar, making 11 years' service; Firemen S. Dent and H. Parry, three-year certificates.
