BRITAIN AND AMERICA PROGRESS TOWARD AGREEMENT WASHINGTON. July 2"S The Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, said that, negotiations for BritishAmerican trade reciprocity were proceeding normally toward an agreement. He added that completion of the agreement would be a tremendous Contribution to business recovery, establishing peace and order all over the world.
