B GRADE CHAMPIONSHIP Tlio B grade billiards championship was continued Inst evening in Billiards, Limited, showrooms. In the first session A. Lowe dofeated C. Parker after a very keenly contested game, the score being: Lowe, 800; Parker, 2f>7. The second session was won by A. Taylor, who defeated A. Spalding. This game was also very even, as at the 100 mark there was a difference of one point, and at the 200 mark seven points. Then Taylor went to a lead with a break of 30, followed with a 22. The final score was: 'iaylor, 300; Spalding, 202. The tournament will bo continued this evening, when J. Procter will meet T. R. McGutre at 7 p.m., and A. Sntchell will play N. Martin at 8.15 p.m.
INVITATION TOURNEY A very close contest was witnessed last evening In tho invitation billiards handicap tournament, wlion C. Spencer (reo. 60) defeated W. Thompson (scr) by the narrow marcin of six points. Spencer's chief breaks wero 10, 22, 22, and Thompson's 36, 24, 2-1, 21. R. Carrick (owe 200) will play F. Box (owo 50) on Monday evening.
