CARGO SHIP DELAYED
TROUBLE WITH ENGINES TOLTEN ANCHORS IN STREAM When moving from Prince's Wharf to the stream to begin her voyage to Wellington last evening the Union Company's chartered motor-ship Tolten was forced to stop through engine trouble. The Tolten anchored and her engineroom staff began working to remedy a defect in a compressor. She is expected to resume her voyage to Wellington at six o'clock this morning. Tho Tolten's anchorage in the stream might possibly have interfered with the passage down harbour of the Matson liner Mariposa and before the liner left for Sydney late last night a Harbour Board tug moved the cargo ship to another position. Cargo from the Pacific Coast is being discharged by the Tolten.
