Attractive Heroine
Margaret Ferguson Winds up her story, "Homespun," in fine style. The heroine, Binney, is inclined to wake a sad mess of her marriage in the early years, for the rough mining population is in strong contrast to the aristocratic associations of her early life. Her husband, • however, is fine "homespun," and when the colliery accident happens, proves that its texture stands the strain. Binney, too, stands the test and Is good quality material.
