NAZIS ACQUITTED
AFFRAY IN HUN-GARY RULING OF A JUDGE BUDAPEST, Jan. 27 A sensation has been caused in political circles in Hungary by the Courts acquitting nine Nazis and sentencing seven Socialists to six months' imprisonment on a charge of creating a disturbance.
The Socialists wero walking in a wood near Budapest when tho Nazis provocatively greeted them with "Heil Hitler." A fight ensued, in which several wero injured on both sides. Tho Judge ruled that tho Nazis had acted in self-defence.
