PREHISTORIC HOUSES
DISCOVERY IN ITALY UNEARTHED BY WORKERS RELICS OF BRONZE AGE (Received January 28, 0.5 p.m.) Times Cable LONDON. Jan. 28 The Milan correspondent of the Times says the remains of a prehistoric pile of dwellings believed to bo 4000 years old were unearthed during the construction of a port on Lake Garda. Numerous earthenware utensils, together with the bones of men and animals of the Bronze Age, were found. The Government has suspended work on the excavations pending an examination of the discoveries.
