SCENE IN CHAMBER
DEPUTIES USE FISTS STORMY BRUSSELS SITTING FASCIST GIVES OFFENCE LONDON, Jan. 27 The Brussels correspondent of tin* Daily Telegraph says the most violent sceno ever witnessed in tho Chamber of Deputies took place after a Bexist (Fascist) had accused the ex-Minister of Transport, M. Jaspar, of supplying aeroplanes to the Spanish Government. M. Jaspar called tho R exist a rascal and then rushed at and struck him in the face and threw him to tho ground. The Chamber was in an uproar, Liberal-Socialists and Communists rushing toward the Bexist benches and engaging m a running fight.
Ono Bexist was knocked down by a Communist, and another was struck on the head with a chair.
The President temporarily suspended the sitting. Two Bexists later were expelled from the House for eight days.
