ROMANCE CONFIRMED DIFFICULTY WITH VATICAN (Received Jannary 28, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 27 The Tirana correspondent of the British United Press states that official circles confirm the report that King Zog shortly will announce his engagement to the Countess Geraldine Apponyi. A message from Vatican City says officials of the Sacred Rota declare it to be unlikely that the Church will sanction the marriago of King Zog to the Countess because His Majesty is a Moslem. *
