HARBOUR LIGHTS GUILD
Members of the ladies' Harbour Lights Guild and friends who had assisted at the recent Nautical Fair, were entertained at a social at the Flying Angel Mission yesterday afternoon. Tho chaplain, tho Rev. H. K. Vickery, thanked all for the work that had been done to make tho fair such a success. Opportunity was taken by tho president, Mrs. Preston Chambers, to make a presentation on behalf of the guild members to Mr. and Mrs. E. W. J. Bowdon on the evo of their silver wedding. A small' presentation was also made and good wishes were extended to Mrs. 11. B. Bullimorc, who* will shortly return to England. During the afternoon musical items were given by Mrs. H. B. Bulliinore and Mss Marie Marsack. Competitions were enjoyed, the winners being Mrs. Nelson Robinson, Miss Austin Goss and Mrs. C. Becson.
