AUSTRALIAN SOLDIERS
AN AUCKLAND ASSOCIATION Former members of tlie Australian Imperial Forces have established an exservicemen's association in Auckland. Mr. E. I'. Ticliener has boon appointed president and Mr. N. 11. Chapman honorary secretary. At a meeting held in the Returned Soldiers' Association rooms this wcok, the assistant-Austra-lian Trade Commissioner, Mr. .T Payne, was present, and exhibited a number of films depicting Australian scenes. A further meeting'will be held at the .Returned Soldiers' Association rooms on September 9.
