DECLINE IN STRENGTH
LABOUR OFFICIAL'S VIEWS RECENT BY-ELECTION RESULTS LONDON, July 8 The secretary of the National Union of Bailwaymen, Mr. Marchbank, directs attention to the failure of the Labour Party as evidenced in recent byelections. There has been a steady decline in the Labour vote since the general election of 1935.
