TWO MEN OVERWHELMED AND KILLED BY AN AVALANCHE OF SNOW AT THE HOMER TUNNEL WORKINGS Deep snow piled round the mouth of the Homer Tunnel after the fatal avalanche which crashed down the mountainside last Tuesday. Two men in the office near the tunnel entrance were killed and four others were injured.
