FREER DOMINION MARKET AN APPEAL FROM LEEDS I*ONDON, April 2 The Leeds Chamber of Commerce will submit a motion to the annual meeting of the Association of British Chambers of Commerce, to be held on April 15 and 16, appealing to the Government to impress upon the Dominions '"'the necessity for a freer market for British manufactures." The motion points out that concessions from the Dominions stimulate Empire unity and enable Britain to import more primary products.
