TRIALS IN MOSCOW
ANOTHER IMMINENT : MANY FOREIGNERS CHARGED ANTI-STATE ACTIVITIES By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received April 4, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. April :i The Moscow correspondent of the Morning Post says another big trial is imminent involving 38 Germans and an undetermined number of Russians and foreigners, including Austrian's, Belgians and Italians. At least 200 Russians are under arrest in Moscow at present on various charges of anti-State activity, some directly linked with foreign espionage. The Government probably will avoid the ' trial of Rykoff and Bukharin, against whom little evidence has been obtained.
