FRENCH MINISTER'S VISIT WIDER SCOPE OF TALKS PARTS, April 2 Great interest has been aroused by the fact that if. Spinasse, Minister of National Economy, will personally lead the French delegation to the International Sugar Conference. It is believed that the scope of tJae Minister's visit exceeds the sugar parleys and that M. Spinasse will discuss the lowering of customs barriers "with the leaders of other delegations.
