DIVORCE PETITION
BRITISH NOVELIST (Received March 11, 10.5 p.m.) BUENOS A IRKS, March 10 A message from Juarez, Argentina, states that Mr. James Hilton, a British novelist, has filed a petition for divorce from Mrs. Alice Brown Hilton, of London. Mr. Hilton's novels include " Lost Horizon," which was awarded the Hawthorden Prize in 1934, "Good Bye Mr. Chips," Knight Without Armour," "Contango," etc. He is 36 years old and was educated at Leys School and Christ's College, Cambridge.
