KING'S ENGAGEMENTS

BRITISH INDUSTRIES FAIR TO VISIT PEOPLE'S PALACE British Wireless RUGBY, Jan. 11 The prospective engagements of the King and Queen after their return from Sandringham to London include a visit to tho British Industries Fair, which will be opened at Olvmpia on February 15, and a visit on the second Saturday in February to the new People's Palace. This was to have been opened by Edward VIII. on December 12.

CORONATION PLANS CHANGES IN COMMISSION MR. W. NASH INCLUDED LONDON, Jan. 14 The King has reconstituted the Coronation Commission, which was set up by Edward VIII. last July to consider "aspects of the arrangements which might concern them." Tho commission originally embraced the Australian and New Zealand Prime Ministers and High Commissioners, and now will include also the New Zealand Minister of Finance, Mr. Walter Nash, and the Australian Chief Justice, Sir Joint Latham.

The Duke of Gloucester has been appointed chairman.

AUSTRALIAN AIR FORCE 25 MEMBERS SELECTED MELBOURNE, Jan. 15 Twenty-five members of the jßoyal Australian Air Force will be included in the Australian contingent to the coronation. Thirteen of the men selected served in the Great War, 11 with the Air Force, one with the New Zealand Forces, and one with the British Forces.
