Dohbs, of Raniarama, on Tuesday. A post-mortem examination was made by Dr. W. Gilmour. pathologist at the Auckland Hospital. This strengthens the belief that the girl slipped into the pool and, being unable to swim, could not regain the bank.

The police investigations at Raniarama were not continued to-day.
