FORMATION AT WAIPU [from our own correspondent] WHANGAKEI, Tuesday A branch of the New Labour Party was formed at a meeting held in Wni pu. The following officers were elected: —Patron, Mr. J. G. Barclay, M.P.; president, Mr. W. Byrt; vicepresident, Mr. D. Nesbit; secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. Christinsen; auditor, Mr. \V. Mullcr; committee, Messrs. W. H. Whvte, C. Cullen, McKay, 1?. Duddy, MeCathv. and Mesdanies D. Nesbit and W. Bvrt.
