MOTOR-CAR BURNED
RESULT OF CAPSIZE OCCUPANTS NOT INJURED [by telegraph—owx correspondent] TE AROHA, Tuesday While returning from the Paeroa races last evening a taxi, owned and driven by Mr. Frank Verner, of Te Awamutu, and containing" a party of Te Awamutu residents, skidded on the road near Mangaiti. The car collided with a telegraph pole, overturned, and burst into flames. The vehicle was destroyed, but the occupants managed to scramble out without injury.
