CITIZENS' CROQUET CLUB
Members of tho Citizens' Croquet Club, of Opotiki, hold a card evening in the Regent Tearooms, ten tables being utilised in playing flag fire hundred. Prizes were won by Mrs. K. Newth, Miss N. Johnson, Mr. C. Neal and Mr. S. Burnett, and consolation prizes were awarded to Mr. and Mrs. J. Parkinson, Mrs. C. D. Brown and Mrs. Lainmas. A travelling prize was won by Mrs. S. Burnott. The hostesses for the evening were Mesdames E. J. Burton, A. G. Stevenson, T. G. .Johnson, EI. Parkinson, J.. Parkinson, T. J. Palmer.
