RUTLAND ART GROUP
ANNUAL EXHIBITION There was a large gathering of members and friends in the Society of Arts Club rooms last night for the opening of the Rutland Art Group's annual exhibition. The opening ceremony was performed by Mr. A. J. C. Fisher, who also gave a brief address. The exhibition comprises a great variety of work —oils, water colours, lino, cuts, etchings, lithographs, applied arts, etc. Among those who were present at the opening were: —Mrs. E. J. Spicer, Mrs. Jackson, Mrs. Lillicrap, Mrs. Hazelwood, Mrs. Steinert, Mrs. Vickers, Mrs. T. Crippen, Mrs. McCrone, Mrs. Duckworth, Mrs. C. H. Kingsford, Mrs. Coyle, Mrs. Rowe, Mrs. Noble, Mrs. Rout, Mrs. Pockett, Mrs. Cork, Miss E. Goodfellow, Miss P. Spicer, Miss B. Christie, Miss M. Watson, Miss B. Hazelwood, Miss Joan Edwards, Miss S. Bourdot, Miss P. Crowley, Miss Jocelyn Harison Smith, Miss L. Waller, Miss J. Lillicrap, Miss V. A. Young, Miss June HarisonSmith, Miss P. Wright, Miss J. Bourdot, Miss M. Porter, Miss F. J.
