IN FANCY DRESS
BAY OF PLENTY DANCE A vice-versa dance was held in the Lyric Hall, Opotiki, under the auspices of St. Mary's Church. There was a large attendance, and prizes for the best costumes were awarded to Miss Beryl Ensoll and Mr. K. De Montalk. The distribution of confetti and streamers during twilight dances added to the brightness of the gathering. Among those present were: —Mrs. C. T. Clark, Mrs. P. J. Rennett, Mrs. D. Hickey, Mrs. S. Hennessy, Mrs. Quirk, Mrs. H. Parkinson, Mrs. S. Fisher, Mrs. D. F. Minogue (Melbourne), Miss K. Connor, Miss M. Pennell, Miss K. Mulliern, Misses Shalfoon (2), Miss E. Beca, Misses Donovan (2), Misses Reid (2), Miss T. Crosswell, Miss K. Hennessy, Miss I. Hennessy, Miss S. Parkinson, Misses Borrie (2), Miss I. Walker, Mjss A. Clements, Miss D. Anderton, Miss E.
