NOVEL EXPERIMENT
TELEVISION IN 'THE AIR PASSENGERS ENTERTAINED LONDON, Sept. 4 Sixteen passengers in an aeroplane 6000 ft. above London to-day viewed a television programme, including a news reel and excerpts from current films. After the flight the passengers stated that the experiment justified the prediction that most passenger aeroplanes ultimately will be equipped with television apparatus.
