INTERNAL COMPLAINT MEDICAL EXAMINATION (Received July 12, 5.5 p.m.) MONTREAL, Jaly 11 The Governor-General of Canada, Lord Tweedsmuir, who went to Quebec to await the arrival of Mr. Roosevelt, who is due there on July 31, was brought to Montreal by train to-night. Later doctors examined him for a suspected internal ulcer.
