OVERSEAS LEAGUE
An enjoyable danCe was held by the Overseas League in their rooms on Saturday night. Tall vases of Iceland poppies decorated the lounge and supper room. The guests were received bv the convener, Mrs. Louis Davis, who wore a frock of black ring velvet and georgette. Among those present were: —Mrs. Cecil George, Mrs. J. King, Mrs. V. Millard, Mrs. W. G. Cavis, Miss B. Shaw, Miss Pat Arnoldson (lion, secretary), Miss Mavis Wallace, Miss P. Young, Miss Nola Hudd, Miss Joan McAlpin, Miss Luis Stone, Miss Isabel Pratt, M iss D. S. Moorehouse, Miss J. S. Hoover, Miss J. M. Tattle, Miss S. Bartleet, Miss L. Robinson, Miss W. Winebull, Miss H. Leter.
