ANNUAL DINNER

EX-SERVICE WOMEN MEET The annual dinner of the Auckland Ex-Servieewomen's Association -was held on Thursday evening at the Station Hotel. The president, Mrs. Stewart Masson, presided over the gathering, which included several country members, as well as those resident in the city. The table had been decorated in a colour scheme combining gold and blue, the colours of the association, and the president was presented with a bouquet in the same shading. Following the toast of "The King," Mrs. W. C. McComb proposed that of absent comrades and Mrs. Buchanan, R.R.C., that of "The Visitors." The evening concluded with a picture theatre party.
