PENWOMENS' CLUB

At a meeting of the Penwomen's Club held on Friday afternoon a travel talk was given by Lady Sandeman Allen, in which she described the leading characteristics of the women of the respective countries in which she stayed. Another speaker was Miss Rosemary Rees, who gave a brief talk on some of the writers of to-day and their methods of work. Mrs. Rattray recited Kipling's "Glory of the Garden." Mr«. Carr Jtollett presided.
