MUTINY RECALLED
CONNAUGHT RANGERS PROPOSED IRISH PENSIONS DUBLIN. April 21 Tbo Irish Free State Minister of Defence, Mr. F. Aiken, who was director of anti-British operations in Armagh and Louth during the "Biack-and-Tan" troubles, introduced a bill in the Dail to-day providing pensions, allowances and gratuities to former members of the Ist Battalion of the Connaught Hangers, who mutinied in India during tbo "Black-and-Tan" regime. The bill was read a first time.
