MOTORIST BEFORE COURT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] " HASTINGS. Wednesday Arising out of an accident at Awatoto on Easter Saturday, when two cars nie+, in a head-on collision and Arthur Gordon Perry was killed and three others were injured, Moss YVyllie, dentist, of Hastings, the driver of one of the cars, appeared before Mr. J. Miller, S.M., this morning on a charge of negligently driving a motor vehicle, thereby causing the death of Perry. He was remanded on bail.
