WHANGAREI HOSPITAL
OUTPATIENTS' DEPARTMENT [bt TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] WHANGAREI, Tuesday At its meeting yesterday the Whangarci Hospital Board decided to ask tho Department of Health to make provision for an outpatients' department. In moving to that effect, Mrs. J. Donaldson said one of tho objections raised in the past was that ,tho medical staff was insufficient, but tho time was fast approaching when an additional medical officer would bo appointed. The chairman, Mr. J. A. S. MacKav, said there was no question but that with tho present expansion of the hospital an addition to the medical staff would soon become a necessity.
