BUILDING IN PAST YEAR [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] KAITAIA, Tuesday It was reported at a meeting of the Kaitaia Town Board last night that at tho end oi the year the board's account was in credit to the extent of £4OO. During tho past year building permits were issued for 10 new residences, costing £5925, two new shops, costing £2130, and alterations to the extent of £794, a total of £8849, compared with £9767 in 1935, and £8646 in 1934.
