NELSON-MEREDITH—TH OMSEN [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENTj APIA. April fi A wedding which created much local interest was solemnised at the Cathedral of tho Immaculate Conception, when Mr. A. Nelson-Meredith, only son of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. Nelson, was married to Georgina, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Thomson. The Rev. Father Deihl officiated, and the cathedral was attractively decorated by the bride's girl friends. Miss Annie Mann was maid of honour, and there were five bridesmaids, with two flower girls and trainbearers. Mr. P. C. Fabricius was best man. A reception was held at the Tivoli Theatre when over HOO guests were present. The bride wore a trained frock of ivory lace over satin, with veil caught with orange blossoms, and the bridesmaids were dressed in blue organdie with floral coronets. They carried blue shower bouquets. The pages and flower girls were dressed in blue satin suits and frocks respectively.
