REAR-ADMIRAL BYRD'S PLANS SOUTH AMERICAN AREAS NEW YORK, April 19 In an interview at Kansas City today Rear-Admiral Richard Byrd revealed that his next exploration activities would be in South America. " I hope to take a shot at the unexplored lands in Patagonia and Brazil, and later in New Guinea," said KearAdmiral Byrd. He added that his plans were indefinite and that he was not sure when he would be able to launch the expedition.
