TAUPIRI TENNIS CLUB
An enjoyable time was spent on Thursday afternoon at the Taupiri tennis courts when the ladies of the Taupiri Club entertained friends from the Kainui Club. After games had been played tea was served by the hostesses.
Those present wereMesdames E. Burman, E. R. Baucke. S. A. Clarke, E. A. Bancke, H. Riddell, J. F. Farrell, S. Litt, N. Wilson, A. J. Gibb, N. Jackways, R. Miller and A. L. Button, and the Misses J. Walters. M. Walters, M. Anderson, E. Scott, K. Powell, A. Waring, V. Shepherd, D. Jackways and M. Watts.
