NEW WELLINGTON HOTEL
BUILDING CONTRACT SIGNED COST APPROXIMATELY £75,000 [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday A contract for ihe building of the HoteL Waterloo, opposite the new railway station, was signed to-day, the tender of Messrs. Mitchell and King, contractors, having been accepted by New Zealand Breweries, Limited. The contract price is understood to be in the vicinity of £75,000.
