THE GREENHOUSE
Sow seed of schizanthus for early flower under glass. Pot up plenty of bulbs for winter flowers. Seed of asparagus, both sprengerii and plumosa, should be sown. Prune and tie in all greenhouse climbers and take the opportunity to cleanse them from insect pests. Allow plenty of ventilation in the vinery to ripen the wood.
