METHODIST CHUKCH MINISTERS' APPOINTMENTS FIRST DRAFT ANNOUNCED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday The first draft of ministers' appointments during the current Church year, as recommended by the stationing committee, were adopted by the Methodist Conference this morning.
